The Inspiring Oceanfront Home

This is a very large home, so we suggest you take the time to find your way around. The carpets are a very light color, and we ask our guests to leave any footwear used to go to the beach outside and clean up the sand before entering. For that, we provide hoses on the East and West sides. We have basic cable, and guests can access their own streaming subscriptions. The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. Use the private trail for beach access. Furniture is off-limits for our furry guests, independent of size and breed!!! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and two 12-cup coffee makers. Bath towels and linens are provided but bring your beach towels. We provide basic toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher, and laundry soap. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, and a hefty fee for cleaning and removing smells will apply. We provide a grill for guest use. Refilling the propane is the guest’s responsibility. If you plan to use the grill late in the evening, please let us know in advance and we can help make sure the propane tank is full before your stay. The coastal weather is unpredictable, so every time you leave the home, make sure all windows and sliding doors are closed. You'd be surprised how much water intrusion can happen within 20 minutes when it rains.
