Guest must be 18+ to book the property House Rules 1. Parking – Only 4 cars may be parked in the driveway. 2. Pets – Maximum of two dogs only per reservation. See Pet Rules below for full requirements. 3. No Shoes Indoors – Shoes must be removed before entering the home. 4. Quiet Hours – Maintain minimal noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 5. No Food on Carpet – Food and drinks are permitted only in the kitchen and dining areas. 6. No Smoking Indoors – Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees to remove odor and stains. 7. Dishes – All dishes must be washed after use. 8. Barbecue Use – Guests may use the outdoor barbecue but must clean the grill after use. 9. Events & Gatherings – Hosting events (e.g., weddings, graduations) requires prior written permission from the Host. Unauthorized events will result in extra cleaning charges and immediate eviction if neighbors are disturbed. 10. Illegal Drugs – Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction and notification of law enforcement. 11. Respect Property – Treat the home and all furnishings with care. This property is also the Host’s personal residence when not rented. ________________________________________ Pet Rules • Limit – Maximum of two dogs per reservation unless otherwise approved in writing by Owner. • Disclosure – Number of pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. • Crating – Pets should be kenneled/crated when left unattended to prevent damage. • House Training – Pets must be fully house-trained; puppy pads are not permitted. • Furniture – Pets are not allowed on furniture. • Control – Pets must be under owner’s control at all times and leashed when off property. No roaming or disturbing neighbors. • Bathing – Pets may not be bathed in indoor showers/tubs. Use the hose or outdoor shower. • Health – Pets must be up to date on flea/tick prevention and rabies vaccination. Proof may be requested. • Behavior – Pets must have no history of bites or aggression. • Waste Disposal – All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of in outdoor garbage cans, including when on the beach. • Accidents – Any pet accidents inside must be cleaned immediately and reported to the Owner. • Hair Removal – Excess pet hair must be removed before departure. • Noise & Conduct – Excessive barking or improper control may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Liability – Guest is fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any related claims.
