It's the perfect place to stay at home, cook a fabulous dinner and enjoy the hot tub with wide ocean views. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with views in mind (not being on the sandy beach), this home is perfect.

Good to know

Enjoy ocean views from nearly every room in this custom built Dune Breeze. Relax as you hear the roar of the ocean when you prepare a meal in our well stocked kitchen. We are 8 minute drive to the Seabrook. There are two private bedrooms and a bathroom on main level. Up the stairs is perfect living room with sectional couch , sleeping futon, kitchen, dining space, master suite and balcony. Master suite includes Comfy King bed bed, nightstands for each with nice lighting, huge shower, sleeping futon. You will get a clean, comfortable home with exceptional ocean views and in this home we do allow responsible owners with a well behaved, clean dog. You will find all the linens and kitchen items you could possibly need. The feeling of relaxation will happen as you take in the views of the dramatic sea. Note about windows: One of the windows has some fogging, but the other two are clear and provide an unobstructed sea view. Note about the microwave: The main microwave’s handle is broken, but to avoid any inconvenience we’ve placed an additional microwave in the unit for your use.

Please note the fireplace in the living room does not work. Consider this while booking. Please note that the hot tub is currently not in working condition. Kindly consider this before booking. This house does not have AC There is a hot tub at the property, but it is currently out of service and is not listed as an available amenity in our listing. The hot tub was available several months ago, but it has been under repair and is not included with this stay. We just wanted to clarify this in case you noticed it at the property and were expecting to use it.

House Rules

Pet Rules: There is a limit of 1 dog per reservation unless otherwise approved by Owner in writing. •At no time are the number of pets paid for/disclosed to be exceeded. •It is HIGHLY recommended that pets be kenneled/crated any time they are left unattended on/in the property. Many pets do not react well to being left alone in an unfamiliar environment. Chewed doors, trim and blinds have occurred in the past due to dogs being left uncrated when their owners leave them behind alone. I will do everything I can to mitigate this risk. •Pets must be completely house trained. Use of puppy pads is not allowed. •Pets are not allowed on any furniture at any time. •Pets should be under owner's control at all times and not allowed to roam off of the property. They should be on a leash off of the property and at the beach. Pets should not disturb our neighbors in any way,. •Pets are not to be bathed in the showers/bathtub inside the home or dried off with the linens. Please use the hose or outdoor shower to wash off pets. •Pets must be current on all flea/tick preventatives and rabies vaccine. Veterinarian documentation may be required. •Must not have a bite/aggression history. •Guests must pick up all pet waste and are responsible for disposing of it properly (bagged) in the outdoor garbage cans. This includes when pet is on the beach with owner. •Guests must clean up any pet accidents that occur immediately and report to Owner. •Guests are to clean up any excess pet hair prior to departure. •Guests are responsible for their pets' conduct at all times. Any complaints from neighbors for excessive barking and/or improper control can result in eviction without refund. •Guest is solely responsible for any injury/damage their pet(s) cause to neighboring properties or other people/animals and therefore indemnifies/releases Property Owner from any liability. •Guest is responsible for any/all damage to the property, furnishings and contents and additional cleaning fees caused by their pet(s). Charges for damage will include the cost to repair the damage (time/material) as well as any additional costs incurred by the owner including lost revenue and/or fees incurred due to the length of time it takes to make the repairs. Guest must notify owner of any/all damages immediately.

Guests will have access to entire property. There are a few locked cabinets in home that are not available for guests. Maximum parking for two cars in the Garage and 1 car in driveway. Security code for house keys and check in instructions provided in private app messaging 2 days prior to arrival. You will need to use the Airbnb app for messaging during your stay.
